I come from a long career in the hospitality management and food sales industry. I have worked in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the world but most recently managed a well known bakery-café here in Frederick. These experiences have taught me the importance of excellent service no matter who the customer is or in which environment. The answer to every question in regards to service in always “yes”.

I attended Virginia Tech where I studied hospitality management. I am the father of three “twenty-something” kids, an avid sports fan (Commanders and Orioles), an excellent cook, and foodie.
